Experience
Jason represents the firm’s clients in litigation, business transactions, and executive employment matters. He has extensive experience successfully defending and pursuing claims for businesses and individuals in commercial, employment, and real estate disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Outside of the courtroom, he advises clients on intellectual property protection matters, a broad range of regulatory compliance issues, corporate structuring and acquisitions, master services arrangements, and executive separations.
Before joining Combs & Taylor in 2020, Jason practiced complex litigation for financial services clients at an Am Law 100 law firm. He lives in Falls Church, Virginia with his wife and two children.
