Kristen partners with business clients from a wide array of sectors to provide practical and creative solutions to legal issues. A seasoned litigator, she has represented companies in both pre-litigation disputes and complex civil litigation, including numerous nationwide class actions in state and federal courts throughout the country. Kristen draws on her litigation background to provide zealous advocacy to her clients outside the courtroom, frequently assisting companies with corporate structuring, acquisitions and internal corporate affairs.
Kristen spends a significant amount of time giving back to the community through various pro bono commitments. She currently serves on the boards of the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, the Arlington Partnership for Children, Youth and Families, and the Dominion Hills Area Recreational Association.
