Rachel Ann is dedicated to helping small and mid-market businesses navigate their commercial matters with confidence. She takes pride in being a trusted advisor to her clients and in developing practical solutions to complex legal challenges.
Rachel Ann brings strong litigation experience to her practice, having represented clients in commercial matters in both federal and state courts. At the New York law firm Lewis & Lin LLC, she handled contract disputes and torts such as unfair competition, false advertising, and trademark infringement. In that role, Rachel Ann gained experience in trademark prosecution, and has represented clients as they navigate the federal trademark registration process and maintain their intellectual property portfolios.
Before entering private practice, Rachel Ann served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Okun of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Now based in Washington, D.C., Rachel Ann lives with her husband and enjoys running, dressmaking, and tackling new books and puzzles in her free time.
